g zucchero
3 uova
3 cucchiai cacao dolce
2 tazzine di latte
150 g burro
400 g farina
1 bustina lievito
Per la crema:
75 g zucchero a velo
2 cucchiai cacao dolce
4 cucchiai caffè ristretto e caldo
4 cucchiai burro fuso

Mescolare energicamente uova, zucchero, cacao e incorporare lentamente la farina, latte, lievito e burro fuso. Versare l'impasto in una teglia imburrata e cuocere nel forno per 30 minuti. Preparare la crema mescolando tutti gli ingredienti, spalmarla sulla torta fredda.
