200g farina di castagne
100 g farina bianca
150 g zucchero
150 g burro
400 ml latte
1 bustina lievito
100 gpinoli

Sbattere il burro ben ammorbidito con i tuorli d'uovo e lo zucchero, poi unire le farine ed il latte, infine i bianchi montati a neve fermissima ed il lievito. Versare in una teglia imburrata ed infarinata, cospargere la superficie di pinoli e passare al forno a 170 gradi finché cotta (fare la classica prova stecchino). Quando è cotta, lasciarla raffreddare lentamente.
