TORTA DI CILIEGE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 uova
3 cucchiai farina
1 bicchiere latte
350 g ciliege
zucchero
burro

Mescolare le uova, lo zucchero, la farina e il latte. Versare questo composto sulle ciliege snocciolate e metterle in un piatto da forno imburrato. Lasciar cuocere per 45 minuti, a metà cottura spolverizzare con lo zucchero e servire freddo.
