100 g burro
130 g zucchero
2 uova
4 cucchiai caffè forte
5 cucchiai panna
175 g farina
3 cucchiaini lievito Royal
200 g uva passa
50 g cedro candito
100 g fichi secchi tagliati a pezzettini

Ammorbidire il burro; aggiungere lentamente lo zucchero e poi i rossi d'uovo, il caffè e la panna. Si forma una stiacciata col Royal. Aggiungere la frutta infarinata e quindi lentamente i bianchi d'uovo montati a neve dura. Mettete in uno stampo forato al centro e bene infarinato. Cuocere a forno moderato per circa un'ora.
