Dosi per 6:
120 g farina
200 g zucchero
200 g burro
80 g fecola
1 tazzina caffè
4 uova
1 bustina lievito
qualche chicco caffè
crema al caffè

Montare il burro con lo zucchero, unire la farina e la fecola, il caffè e le uova, uno alla volta, incorporandole molto bene. Infine unire il lievito. Versare il composto in una teglia imburrata e infarinata, infornare per 40' a 180oC. Quando è fredda guarnire la torta con la crema al caffè e con chicci di caffè
