Dosi per 4:

5 albumi
10 g zucchero vanigliato
120 g zucchero
250 g farina
1 bustina lievito per dolci
125 g burro fuso

Montate a neve gli albumi e lo zucchero vanigliato e aggiungete poco alla volta l'altro zucchero. I bianchi e lo zucchero devono essere ben sodi, come la panna montata. Unite poco alla volta la farina e il lievito, mescolate, unite il burro e il sale. Otterrete un composto molto soffice e spumoso che verserete in una tortiera imburrata. Infornate a forno già caldo a 180oC per 30 minuti.
