Dosi per 4:

2 arance
300 g zucchero
3 uova
300 g farina 00
1 bustina lievito per dolci
75 g burro

Sbattete bene i tuorli con lo zucchero, unite la buccia grattugiata delle arance e il loro succo, sempre mescolando unite la farina (facendo attenzione a non formare grumi), il burro fuso e gli albumi montati a neve. Mescolate delicatamente per alcuni minuti, quindi unite il lievito. Imburrate e infarinate una tortiera, versatevi il composto e mettete in forno a 170oC per 30--35 minuti.
