175 g farina
150 g zucchero
125 g burro
3 uova
1/2 bustina lievito per dolci
1 scatola da 1 kg ananas sciroppato

Mescolare la farina con lo zucchero, il burro disciolto, le uova e il lievito. Sciogliere a fuoco lento 7 cucchiai di zucchero in una teglia da forno, adagiarvi le fette di ananas e versarvi l'impasto. Cuocere in forno già caldo a 200oC per circa un'ora. Capovolgere la torta e servirla fredda.
