TORTA DI ALBICOCCHE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

100 g farina
1 kg albicocche
100 g mandorle
200 g zucchero
3 uova
2 cucchiaini lievito in polvere
zucchero vanigliato

Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero, unire la farina, le albicocche private del nocciolo e tagliate in quattro pezzi, le chiare montate a neve e il lievito. Versare il composto in una teglia imburrata e infarinata, cospargerlo di zucchero e di mandorle tritate, infornare per circa 45 minuti, far raffreddare e servire.
