SOFFIATO DI RISO E BANANA 

Ingredienti:

riso
latte
1 banana
1 tuorlo d'uovo
1 pezzetto burro
2 albumi

Cuocere il riso nel latte; unire la banana affettata, passare tutto al setaccio ed unirvi il tuorlo ed un pezzetto di burro, poi i due bianchi montati a neve. Mettere in uno stampo e cuocere in forno caldo.
