SFORMATO DI PERE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g pere burrose
3 uova
100 g zucchero
1 limone
1 tazza latte

Sbattete in una Terrina le uova intere con lo zucchero, unite poco alla volta il latte tiepido e la buccia di limone grattugiata. Sbucciate le pere e tagliatele a fette sottili. In una tortiera rotonda (quella per la pizza va benone) disponete su un unico strato le fette di pere e versatevi sopra la crema, uniformemente. Cuocete in forno preriscaldato a 180oC per circa un'ora.
