SFORMATO D'ARANCE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 arance
125 g zucchero
60 g farina di riso
125 g mandorle
burro
farina

Scottare le mandorle in acqua bollente, pelarle e tritarle. Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero, aggiungere le mandorle, la farina di riso, le chiare montate a neve, il succo delle arance e la scorza grattugiata. Versare il composto in uno stampo imburrato e infarinato e far cuocere per circa un'ora a bagnomaria in forno. Sformare e servire.
