Dosi per 4:

4 mele
6 cucchiai farina
4 cucchiai zucchero
2 uova

Sbucciare le mele, affettarle e allinearle in una tortiera imburrata, infarinata e spolverizzata di Cannella. In una Terrina sbattere le uova, unire lo zucchero e la farina e lavorare bene il composto. Versarlo sopra alle mele e far cuocere in forno a calore moderato per circa 30 minuti.
