g mandorle sbucciate, tostate e tritate non troppo fini
100 g burro
100 g zucchero
250 g farina

Mescolare il tutto con le mani fino a formare un uniforme ammasso di grumi (un qualcosa che non sta molto insieme), poi infilarlo in una tortiera imburrata e cuocere in forno a temperatura media finché non assume un colorito un po' più scuro del biondo.
