SALAMINO DOLCE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

200 g biscotti secchi
100 g burro
2 uova
80 g cacao
100 g zucchero
50 g mandorle amare

Tritate le mandorle, sbriciolate in pezzi i biscotti. Unite tutti gli ingredienti e mescolate.

Ponete il composto così amalgamato su di un foglio di alluminio ed arrotolatelo a mo' di salame.

Prima di servire lasciatelo in freezer almeno mezz'ora.
