RISO E MELE 

Fate del riso e latte e preparate delle belle mele pelate tagliate a fette. Ungete una tortiera con del burro. Mettete uno strato di riso, uno strto di mele tagliate fini e molto abbondante, uno di riso e così via. Cospargete il tutto con dello zucchero a grana grossa e mettete al forno.
