Dosi per 4:

1 Panettone da circa 1 kg.
1 tazza Zabaione
300 g panna montata
300 g frutta sciroppata
1 bicchiere liquore dolce

Tagliare la base del Panettone, svuotare la parte superiore e mettere la mollica sbriciolata in un recipiente. Unire lo Zabaione, la panna, la frutta tagliata a pezzetti, un po' di liquore e mescolare bene. Introdurre nel guscio del Panettone il ripieno, adagiarvi sopra la base, mettere su un piatto da portata, decorare con la panna e i canditi e servire.
