Miscelare 280 g di farina tipo 00 con 120 g di nocciole tostate e tritate, 150 g di zucchero, 1 cucchiaino di semi di Anice pestati, 1/2 cucchiaino di sale e 1 cucchiaino di lievito in polvere. Intridere con 1/2 bicchiere di latte, 2 uova e 100 g di burro fuso. Amalgamare bene e versare il tutto in uno stampo rettangolare da plumcake ben imburrato. Cuocere in forno già caldo a 180oC per 45--60 minuti.
