PANDORO ALLA NAPOLETANA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

150 g farina di semola
180 g zucchero
100 g mandorle sgusciate
4 uova
200 g burro
scorza di limone grattugiata
100 g canditi
vanillina
zucchero a velo

Frullare le mandorle con un albume, unire la farina e frullare ancora per pochi minuti. Fondere il burro, unire lo zucchero, le uova intere, la scorza di limone e la vanillina. Amalgamare bene e unire questo composto a quello di farina e mandorle. Aggiungere i canditi. Disporre in una teglia imburrata e infarinata. Cuocere in forno per 30'a 200oC e cospargere con zucchero a velo.
