PAN DI SPAGNA AL MASCARPONE

pan_spagna_mascarpone Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 pan di spagna
300 g mascarpone
zucchero
granella di cioccolato
Alchermes

Dividere il pan di spagna in 3 dischi. Spennellarlo con il liquore, farcire ogni strato con il mascarpone zuccherato, ricomporre la torta e ricoprirla con uno velo di mascarpone e con la granella di cioccolato.
