PAN DI SPAGNA AL CIOCCOLATO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

160 g farina
35 g cacao in polvere
150 g zucchero a velo
5 uova
1 bustina vanillina
poco burro per lo stampo
poca farina per lo stampo

Setacciare la farina con il cacao. Sbattere le uova con lo zucchero fino a farle diventare spumose, incorporare con delicatezza la farina e il cacao e aromatizzare con la vanillina. Imburrare e infarinare uno stampo, versarvi il composto. Passare il recipiente in forno caldo a 190oC per circa 40'.
