MILLEFOGLIE ALLA CREMA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

2 confezioni pasta sfoglia Findus
120 g zucchero
3 tuorli
3 cucchiai marsala secco
120 g mandorle tritate
150 g panna montata
30 g zucchero a velo

Stendere la pasta in uno strato sottile e ricavarne 4 rettangoli da cuocere in forno a 200oC per 20 minuti. Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero, unire il marsala e cuocere a bagnomaria mescolando. Amalgamare la crema alla panna. Riempire i rettangoli di pasta con la crema. Distribuirla anche sui bordi e cospargerli poi con le mandorle. Spolverizzare la superficie con lo zucchero a velo.
