250 g farina bianca
250 g burro liquefatto
250 g zucchero
1 pizzico lievito in polvere
pangrattato per la tortiera
burro per la tortiera
nocciole tostate e tritate (opzionali)

Mescolare le uova, la farina, il burro, lo zucchero, il lievito ed eventualmente le nocciole, ungere e spolverizzare di pangrattato la tortiera; versare il composto nella tortiera e far cuocere per circa 3/4 d'ora a calore moderato finché è di colore dorato.
