DOLCE VELOCE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


1 pan di spagna rettangolare
polvere per budino al cioccolato
150 g crema di marroni
Brandy

Tagliare a metà il pan di spagna. Preparare il budino con la polvere apposita, farlo intiepidire e incorporarvi la crema di marroni. Spruzzare la base del pan di spagna con un po' di Brandy, coprire di crema, ricomporlo e rivestirlo con la crema rimasta. Mettere in frigo per 2 ore.
