DOLCE SALAME

Ingredienti:

4

rossi d'uovo
8 cucchiai zucchero
2 hg cacao amaro
2 hg biscotti secchi
50 g Amaretti
1 manciata uvetta passa
1 hg mandorle
1 hg burro
Rum o Brandy

Montare le uova con lo zucchero e il burro, poi unire tutto il resto.

Dargli da forma di salame, avvolgendolo in carta stagnola. Mettere il tutto nel surgelatore e aspettare che diventi duro.
