3 hg zucchero
3 hg farina
3 hg ricotta
la buccia grattugiata di un limone
1 bustina lievito
2 hg noci

Frullare bene le uova con lo zucchero, aggiungere la ricotta, poi la farina, il limone, il lievito ed infine le noci spezzettate. Infornare a 150'C e cuocere per 1 ora circa in una teglia imburrata.

Rispetto all'originale (ricetta ef{dolce_ricotta}), la torta perde un po' della sua semplicità, ma è migliore.
