DOLCE PROVENZALE

Ingredienti:

g zucchero
250 g farina
120 g burro
2 dl latte
1 bustina lievito
1 cucchiaio acqua di fiori d'arancio
3 cucchiai marmellata di albicocche

Fate ammorbidire 100 g di burro, mescolatelo alla farina e allo zucchero; aggiungete il latte freddo, la marmellata, l'acqua di fiori d'arancio e il lievito e lavorate il tutto. Imburrate uno stampo con il bordo sganciabile e versateci il composto. Fate cuocere 30' in forno già caldo. Sformate e servite freddo.
