DOLCE DI PANE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

150 g pane raffermo senza crosta
100 g Amaretti
1 l latte
3 uova
100 g zucchero
40 g uvetta
Rhum
1 cucchiaio pinoli
1 cucchiaio cioccolato in polvere
1 bustina vaniglina
burro

Ammorbidire l'uvetta nel Rhum per 2 ore e il pane nel latte per 8 ore. Quindi unire al pane le uova leggermente sbattute, lo zucchero, gli Amaretti ridotti in polvere, l'uvetta, la vaniglina e i pinoli. Versare il composto in una teglia imburrata, spolverizzare con cioccolato, cospargere con fiocchi di burro e infornare a 180oC per 2 ore.
