DOLCE DI MIELE

Ingredienti:

500

g Miele
320 g farina
80 g burro
4 uova
1/2 bicchiere Rum

Mettere 300 g di Miele in una Terrina, unire i tuorli, 60 g di burro ammorbidito, 300 g di farina e 3 cucchiai di Rum, mescolare, incorporare gli albumi montati a neve e amalgamare bene.

Versare il composto in uno stampo imburrato e infarinato, cuocere in forno, far raffreddare, sformare in un piatto da dolce, versarvi sopra il restante Miele sciolto con il Rum e servire.
