Dosi per 4:

100 g cioccolato fondente
100 g zucchero
50 g mandorle in polvere
30 g burro
3 uova
1 cucchiaio farina
2 cucchiai latte
1/4 l panna liquida

Far fondere il cioccolato a pezzetti a bagnomaria, mescolare e aggiungere il latte fino ad ottenere una crema fluida Levare dal fuoco, incorporare la panna, lo zucchero, la farina, le mandorle, i tuorli e le chiare montate a neve. Versare il composto in una pirofila imburrata, cuocere in forno per circa 35 minuti e servire il dolce freddo.
