300 g farina d'Ungheria (fecola di patate)
150 g zucchero
150 g burro
uva sultanina
15 g polvere lievitante
1 bustina zucchero vanigliato

Montare le chiare. Unirle alla farina ed allo zucchero. Mescolare ed aggiungere il burro liquefatto. Unire il lievito e l'uvetta. Versare in una tortiera imburrata e cuocere al forno.
