DOLCE DI AMARETTI

Ingredienti:

2.5

hg Amaretti
6 bianchi d'uovo
zucchero
acqua
crema

Si fa caramellare un po' di zucchero in uno stampo, poi si versano gli Amaretti pestati finissimi e mescolati con i bianchi d'uovo montati a neve.

Si cuoce il dolce a bagnomaria per 20 minuti circa e lo si copre di crema.
