DESSERT DI MELE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


4 mele
60 g burro
150 g zucchero
2 tuorli
1/2 bustina lievito
200 g farina
1 tazzina latte
2 cucchiai Rhum
2 albumi montati a neve

Tagliare a spicchi le mele. Lavorare il burro con lo zucchero, unire i tuorli, il lievito, la farina, il latte, il Rhum e gli albumi. Disporre l'impasto in una tortiera imburrata, distribuirvi le mele e cuocere in forno a 180oC per 45 minuti
