Dosi per 4:

300 g farina
150 g burro
3 uova
200 g zucchero
1/2 bustina lievito
1 vasetto marmellata di albicocche
100 g nocciole tritate
2 mele

Disporre la farina a fontana con lo zucchero, il lievito, il burro tagliuzzato e le uova intere. Lavorare con le mani fino ad ottenere un impasto morbido, dividerlo in due e tirare le sfoglie.

Mettere uno dei dischi nella tortiera, coprire con fettine di mela, marmellata, e nocciole. Ricoprire con l'altro disco e cuocere in forno per 40 minuti a 180oC.
