CROSTATA DI PERE

crostata_pere Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

1 confezione pasta frolla Findus
100 g zucchero
8 pere
Cannella
burro
farina

Stendere la pasta scongelata e foderare una teglia imburrata e infarinata. Sbucciare le pere, tagliarle a fette, stenderle sulla pasta, cospargerle di zucchero, qualche pizzico di Cannella e un po' di burro fuso.

Cuocere in forno a calore moderato per circa 30 minuti, lasciar raffreddare e servire.
