CROSTATA DI MELE E MIRTILLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

pasta frolla surgelata Findus
3 mele renette
100 g mirtilli
burro
farina
3 cucchiai zucchero
1 albume

Foderare con la pasta scongelata una tortiera imburrata e infarinata. Disporvi le mele a fettine, cospargere con i mirtilli e lo zucchero. Con i ritagli della pasta formare dei cordoni da mettere a grata sulla crostata. Sbattere leggermente l'albume e spennellare la pasta. Cuocere in forno caldo a 220oC per 30', abbassare il calore a 190oC e cuocere ancora per 15--20'.
