CROSTATA DI MELE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

500 g pasta frolla
100 g zucchero
8 mele
Cannella
burro
farina

Stendere la pasta scongelata e foderare una teglia imburrata e infarinata. Sbucciare le mele, tagliarle a fettine, stenderle sulla pasta, cospargezle di zucchero, qualche pizzico di Cannella e un po' di burro fuso.

Cuocere in forno a calore moderato per circa 30 minuti, lasciar raffreddare e servire.
