CROSTATA DI FRUTTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione pasta frolla Findus
2 banane
100 g fragoline di bosco
2 pesche
2 albicocche
1 piccolo vasetto marmellata di albicocche
zucchero a velo

Foderare una tortiera imburrata con la pasta scongelata, bucherellarla con una forchetta, coprire con un foglio di alluminio, distribuirvi dei fagioli secchi e cuocere in forno per circa 20'.

Estrarre dal forno ed eliminare alluminio e fagioli. Stendere sulla pasta uno strato di marmellata e disporvi la frutta a pezzetti in cerchi concentrici. Spolverizzare di zucchero a velo.
