CROSTATA DI ARANCE

crostata_arance Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g pasta frolla surgelata
3 arance
marmellata di arance
1 pezzetto cedro candito
zucchero
olio
sale
burro

Imburrare e infarinare uno stampo a cerniera di 24 cm di diametro, rivestirlo con la pasta, coprirla con alluminio e fagioli secchi e metterla in forno caldo a 180' per circa 25'. Caramellare qualche cucchiaio di zucchero con poca acqua, immergervi la scorza di 1/2 arancia tagliata a filetti, quindi far raffreddare su un piatto unto di olio. Stendere sulla crostata un velo di marmellata e decorare con le arance a fettine, il cedro a filetti e le scorze.
