CLAFOUTIS AL MICRO-ONDE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

250 g polpa di frutta ciliege, albicocche, mele o prugne
250 cc latte
50 g farina
40 g zucchero
2 uova intere
2 cucchiai Brandy
burro
zucchero a velo
sale

Imburrate un recipiente e mettete sul fondo la frutta a pezzi. Frullate il latte con la farina, lo zucchero, il Brandy e un pizzico di sale. Versate la pastella sulla frutta e cuocete 11' a 600 w coperto, facendo ruotare 1 o 2 volte il recipiente. Lasciate intiepidire e cospargete di zucchero a velo.
