Dosi per 4:

5 mele golden
4 uova
125 g zucchero
60 g farina
1/4 l latte
2 cucchiai zucchero vanigliato

Sbucciare le mele, privarle del torsolo, tagliarle a fettine e disporle in una pirofila rotonda imburrata. In una Terrina sbattere le uova con lo zucchero e una presa di sale, unire la farina, il burro fuso e il latte. Versare il tutto sulle mele, cuocere in forno caldo per 45 minuti, far raffreddare, spolverizzare con lo zucchero vanigliato e servire.
