Dosi per 4:

4 dl latte
3 uova
70 g farina
50 g burro
200 g zucchero di canna
12 fichi verdi

Unire 160 g di zucchero alle uova e sbattere bene, amalgamare poi la farina poco per volta e diluire con il latte. Sbucciare i fichi, tagliarali a metà verticalmente e disporli sul fondo di una pirofila imburrata e cosparsa di zucchero. Versare il composto sui fichi, distribuirvi il resto del burro a fiocchetti e il rimanente zucchero. Cuocere in forno a 220' per circa 20 minuti.
