CIAMBELLONE NERO

Ingredienti:

200

g farina
200 g zucchero
2 uova
40 g cacao in polvere
70 g burro
1 bicchiere latte
1 bustina lievito
scorza di limone grattugiata
250 g panna montata

Mescolate insieme farina, zucchero, due tuorli, il cacao, 50 g. di burro, il latte, la scorza di limone e, in ultimo il lievito e le chiare montate a neve.

Versate l'impasto in uno stampo a ciambella precedentemente imburrato e ponete in forno a calore moderato per circa 1 ora. Lasciatelo raffreddare e servitelo insieme alla panna montata.
