CIAMBELLA ALL'UVETTA SULTANINA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

250 g farina
150 g fecola
200 g burro
200 g zucchero
100 g uvetta sultanina
3 tuorli
1 bustina lievito
sale

Lavorare il burro, lo zucchero, la fecola, la farina e un pizzico di sale. Unire il lievito, i tuorli uno alla volta (e qualche albume se l'impasto risultasse troppo duro) e infine l'uvetta ammorbidita in acqua tiepida e ben strizzata. Disporre l'impasto in una tortiera con foro centrale, imburrata e infarinata, e cuocere in forno già caldo a 190oC per circa 1 ora.
