CIAMBELLA BOLOGNESE

Ingredienti:

kg farina bianca
2 hg burro
1 uovo intero
1 tuorlo in più per la pasta
1 albume solo per spennellare
2 hg zucchero
raschiatura di un limone
10 g lievito in polvere sciolto in un bicchiere di latte

Impastare tutto sull'asse per 10 minuti. Stendere la pasta su di una lastra unta di burro dando la forma rotonda con un largo buco in Mezzo. Spennellare la ciambella con l'albume rimasto, spolverizzarla di zucchero e cuocere in forno [45 minuti a 175 gradi bastano, NdR; la ricetta non specificava il tempo].
