CASTAGNACCIO

Ingredienti:

g farina di castagne
2 cucchiaiate zucchero
2 cucchiaiate pinoli
2 cucchiaiate uvetta
olio d'oliva

Metti in una Terrina la farina, l'uvetta, lo zucchero, 3 cucchiaiate d'olio e mescola con una forchetta; inserisci poi dell'acqua tiepida fino ad ottenere una pastella piuttosto densa.

Ungi una teglia e versaci dentro la pastella, poi distribuisci sul composto i pinoli e metti in forno a 200 gradi per circa un'ora.
