CAKE AL CIOCCOLATO

Ingredienti:

3

uova
150 g zucchero
125 g farina
125 g margarina
125 g cioccolata grattata
100 g nocchie (nocciole) abbrustolite e tritate
1 cucchiaino lievito

Battere i tuorli con lo zucchero, aggiungere la margarina sciolta, la cioccolata, le nocchie, in ultimo farina, lievito e le chiare montate a neve. Versare il composto in un contenitore stretto e lungo. Cuocere a fuoco lento (160oC) per un'ora e mezza circa. Di solito si fanno più dosi proprio per sfruttare il forno. E` un dolce che piace moltissimo.
