struffoli_natale Ingredienti:


kg farina
3 uova
50 g burro
130 g zucchero
1 bicchierino Anice
1 pizzico bicarbonato
la buccia di 1 limone
250 g Miele

Disporre la farina a fontana e lavorarla con le uova, il burro, 100 gr di zucchero, l'Anice, la buccia di limone, il bicarbonato. Impastare con cura e ricavarne dei bastoncini, tagliarli a pezzettini e friggerli in olio bollente. Sciogliere sul fuoco 5 cucchiai di zucchero, unire il Miele, gli struffoli e mescolare per 10'. Sistemarli su un piatto e guarnirli con frutta candita.
