Dosi per 4:

60 g mandorle sbucciate
180 g zucchero al velo vanigliato
2 albumi

Pestare in un mortaio le mandorle aggiungendo, poco alla volta, lo zucchero e gli albumi formando un composto piuttosto molle. Ricavare dei piccoli bastoncini, sistemarli su carta antiaderente e cuocerli in forno a calore dolcissimo, fino a che non si sarà formata una crosticina in superficie.
