PALLINE DI CIOCCOLATA

palline_cioccolata Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

150 g cioccolato in polvere
100 g burro
100 g zucchero a velo
150 g Amaretti
100 g graniglia di cioccolato

Sbriciolare gli Amaretti e lavorarli con il burro, lo zucchero e la cioccolata in polvere per ottenere una pasta piuttosto compatta ed omogenea. Ricavarne delle palline e rotolarle nella graniglia di cioccolato. Disporle in ``pirottini" e lasciarle in frigo per circa un'ora. Al momento di servirle spolverizzarle con zucchero a velo.
